Voting tables cite the minutes page. Candidate notes cite a disclosure, a campaign site, or a news story. Nothing here is treated as proven because someone said it at a forum.

Government paper

Conflict forms, campaign finance, property records, business filings, minutes, ordinances, budgets, and planning packets.

GRAMA

Used for emails, memos, contracts, and grant files that are not already posted. Exempt records stay out, and the exemption is named.

What people said

Public social posts, campaign sites, press releases, and remarks at a meeting. A quote is labeled as a quote.
